Purpose:
This policy establishes trash disposal procedures for all Lucas Organization LLC properties. It ensures compliance with City of Boston regulations, prevents code violations, and maintains clean and safe conditions for all tenants and neighbors.
Fulton Street Property
Please adhere to the city's trash regulations.
Do not place garbage or other property on the sidewalk for pickup during non-service hours. Please retrieve any items not collected by the city. If the Landlord is issued a code violation ticket by the city for having trash or property in front of the building that was left by a Tenant, the Tenant will pay such code violation ticket in a timely manner in accordance with the Lease Agreement.
Trash must be carried to and placed on the side of the street.
Jerusalem Place Property
Please adhere to the city's trash regulations.
Do not place garbage or other property on the sidewalk for pickup during non-service hours. Please retrieve any items not collected by the city. If the Landlord is issued a code violation ticket by the city for having trash or property in front of the building that was left by a Tenant, the Tenant will pay such code violation ticket in a timely manner in accordance with the Lease Agreement.
Trash must be carried to and placed on Salem Street. Be sure that your trash does not obstruct the driveway or local businesses. Sanitation employees will not walk down or collect anything off of Jerusalem Place.
Tenant shall not store a trash or recycling can or receptacle on Jerusalem Place roadway without prior authorization from the Landlord or Property Manager.
